This property is obviously old and is undergoing a remodel. There were a few items overlooked to repair, like around the floor of the toilet. Yet there was a lot of work finished to make our room very nice. I had issues with the TV remote, we are just getting too old to figure out some of these new remotes. Also a kiosk for check in - NO LIVE person to help check us in was fascinating. It works. What next? 🤪

I must say we were pleasantly surprised at how much we liked this hotel. It was a last-minute decision to get a hotel for us, so we just found something cheap. As much as everyone is complaining about the virtual check-in assistance, we LOVED it. Super cool, quick, and easy, and they were super friendly. The room was updated and clean. The bathroom was nice and clean and conveniently stocked with shampoo and body wash. Beds were clean and comfortable. AC was nice and cold, too. This place is a bang for your buck. Highly recommend if you just need a clean, affordable place to sleep.

It has a breakfast with bread, coffee, juices, croissants, waffles, donuts, cupcake, it is varied. It has a good location, the rooms are clean, they have a check-in machine that is super fast and easy to use. The hotel is close to different food restaurants. It has an ice machine.

The hotel was clean, rooms were spacious and had a sofa which we liked as we don't like to sit on the bed to eat. Breakfast was simple but there was choice of waffles, toast, muffins and cereals. We felt safe here, everyone was friendly.

The room was clean. It has ample space. Good value for the money. The location was good, between downtown Ft Myers and access to Sanable and Captiva Islands.

As usual, the staff is one of the main reasons why I continue to visit Americans Best!! They are like family and always make me feel at home. I've had minor issues with some of my rooms but for the most part I have no complaints!!

Large room with table for 2 bags, desk, lounge chair, ironing board, microwave, mini fridge. Clean and comfortable. Nice pool area. Better than most other places of this type. I had no problem with covid-safe, virtual receptionist; he's a real person that you can ask questions of. I asked for -and received- a room on upper floor facing north. I phoned reception about wifi and talked to real person - same one, I think. Construction didn't bother us.

The hotel is new , clean, attractive, spacious. Location feels safe. The price $91 was reasonable.

We had a wonderful stay. Very affordable hotel. Installations are clean and staff is helpful. Hotel is near restaurants, supermarkets and other. 10 minutes away from fort myers downtown, and 25 minutes from fort myers beach. Breakfast is good, there is coffee, waffles, apples, muffins and toast. We would definitely come back.
